How to talk my parents into letting me go on vacation?? ?

My parents will be goin on the vacation Nd I want to go away for the fourth of July Nd my Bday which is the sixth we would stay at the hotel from the third of July to July seventh! It not like my dad can not get of of work because he owns the place Nd my mom already said yes we could go but my dad said we will see! My mom can not take me alone cause I have two sisters that will come Nd it is a long distance! Nd the price is not the problem we have the money we r rich Nd me Nd my siss get anything we so how can I talk my dad into letting us all go away!! Plzz hurry cause we need to make the reservations b4 the place is filled! It is only 2 weeks away!!
