Having problems with my Sony Mavica finalizing a disc! Help!?

We have a pretty old (not sure how old) Sony Mavica. It's an MVC-C0250. Anyhoo, it's the old kind where you open the back and put a mini-CD in. I hope someone knows what I'm talking about! We're a technologically "behind" family. :) To get the pics onto our computer, you have to "finalize" the disc before you can put it in the CD-rom drive. I am currently trying to do that (and have done it a million times before), but it seems to be frozen. I'm not sure what to do, because I don't want to lose my pics! They are, of course, irreplaceable! Usually it only takes about 3 min. to finalize, but it's going on 30 min. here and nothing is happening. Does anyone know if I can stop the finalizing without losing the pics and try again?

Forgot the name of this Cold War themed movie?

I lived in a small hamlet called red earth creek. it is a rig town surrounded by a bunch of reservations. the whole 5 years that i was there, i had a recurring dream that there was a tall, lanky, dirty man with long blonde hair and he was trying to kill me. i was always doing really impossible feats, such as pulling myself into my room from 20 feet, etc. then after a couple years, my sisters and brother were involved too and i was always trying to keep them safe. in the last 2 years of living there, my parents bought horses and we had a wooden fence in the yard. it was always snowy outside with the dim, kind of weird winter night light outside. we were always safe in the fence or in the shadow of my dads company truck. it was like he couldn't see us but was always stalking right on the edge of the fence or shadow waiting for us to make a move. it was endless and when we started to get tired from running and climbing and jumping from the ground to the trailer and back, he would get one of my sisters or brother and i would try to stop him but before i could do anything about him being there, i woke up. i was between 12 and17 when i lived there and my siblings are from 1 to 8 years younger then me (3 sisters and a brother). my parents never woke up while we were being chased. it was kind of disturbing for me as a teenager to have a continuing dream this horrific. and since i have moved from red earth i haven't had it since. i was wondering if there was any meaning to be found in a dream of this context and if anybody could tell me what it means?

Can a hotel cancel my reservation and not tell me until I'm there to check in?

I arrived at a hotel in London yesterday and was immediately told that someone had cancelled my reservation. If you are going to be using this rig for gaming then theres really no need to get a z68 mobo because it just lets you use onboard graphics with an unlocked processor. Also you dont need to get an i7 for gaming, shell out some more money for a better graphics card or maybe ssds. And dont get the 2GB version of the 460 because it doesn't really improve performance unless you will be running 2+1080p monitors while gaming.

I offered to host my friend's baby shower a while back and have already made the reservation for Cantina Laredo. The invitations have already been sent out and i am already aware and willing to pay for people's lunch. However, some of the dishes on the menu are a little too pricey. I will be telling them that I will pay for food, but if they would like drinks they need to pay for them. My main question is, would it be tacky to print off my own menu with the reasonable priced dishes (on very nice paper and in the theme of the restaurant of course) or would it be acceptable? These gang stalkers i am dealing with is amazingly stupid. Now other losers added to their herd, they are openly harassing and threatening me. I think the man who was stalking me has some stupid romantic ideas that i was always talking to him when i rant most of the time in a chat room aimlessly. Are the standard HEAT rounds for the RPG-7 effective as anti-personell weapons?

I know that the standard HEAT warhead for the RPG-7 is an anti-tank weapon, but does the warhead generate a blast or explosion big enough to be useful as an anti- personell weapon? Personally i play through games for the single-player, and the multi-player only if coerced to by a group of friends. Usually games just have multi-player added on as something to do after you completed the game. It's an extra bonus that you can play if you want to or not. What should i do /dirtbike or rc trucks?

I use to ride dirtbikes and am now heavily into RC cars/trucks. I find it less painfull crashing my RC's than my dirtbike, and parts are cheaper for the RC cars when you break something, rather than the cost of fixing the dirtbike. If you have $650 to spend on a dirtbike, you could get an awesome RC car that will last you a lifetime for half of that or a good chunk of that $650. YouTube some videos of the Traxxas Revo 3.3, or the Savage 4.6 or Savage Flux if you like electric RC. I loved riding my dirtbike but nothing beats the RC hobby. I have 6 RC's now, both Nitro and Electric. Never had a better hobby. But get a good one by the name of Traxxas, HPI, Assocaited, Losi, Tamiya or Kyosho. A good place to get one online is www.towerhobbies.com. Search each of those name brands to see what they offer. Then YouTube them to see how they run before you buy one.
