How are European citizens to the danger of war with Libya?

This is not a war, we (Britain) is doing this to protect the civillans, we haven't come out and said “we declare war on Libya" we have just limited Gadaffi's power to strike the rebels. I don't feel at risk in Europe because to be honesty, even if they declared war they would have to contend with Britain, France, Germany and many others so I would say to Gadaffi; try it.
