Why did Obama cut our biggest nukes, best fighters, stealthiest bombers?

I can understand cutting the oldest outdated stuff from our military to make it better and more efficient, but why f 22's, spirit bombers, and our biggest yield warheads? Something is not right here. Having been in weapons developement for the military I can assure you there was much better things to cut.
