So whats happening with getafe this season with the new owners, any BIG transfers?

i know they acquired 5 free transfers, and have sold players to make 27 million, so whats going on here, i just see a selling club, after the takeover i remember hearing there would be a 40 million summer transfer spending budget. so does that me that 27million and 40 million equals a potential 67 million in transfers? if so aren't they leaving it abit late......................they should be doing what malaga are doing
