Am I gonna be in trouble?

I am a divorce father to a beautiful daughter.me and my ex share custody,last january I ask her if I can take my daughter to vacation for her b-day, she said yes,but as the date comes closer she changed her mind and said NO. can I still take my daughter with out her permission? would I be in trouble? I already pay the reservation and everything,some were non refundable
