Advice on what to do with my money (technology)?

I recently sold my old wii with like a million excesories and what not, and made $700! Yep... for a wii. Anyway I was either going to buy an ipad 2 with the money or spend a whole bunch pre ordering video games and going to gamestop and buying a whole bunch of games since i only have around 11 games. Then put the rest into savings acount. But i have gamefly acount but think its **** it took 10 days to get my new game after i shiped back the old one. So what should i do... the ipad seems cool as **** but i really want games like mw3 mass efect 3 forza 4 halo 4 halo anniversery battliefield 3 and so and so on.............
